Welcome to Fish and Fame Inc. These Terms and Conditions apply to use of this site. Your use of this site means that you agree to these Terms and Conditions and it constitutes a binding agreement between you and Fish and Fame Inc. Do not use this site if you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. References in these Terms and Conditions to "Fish and Fame", "FishandFame.com", "we", "us" or "our" mean Fish and Fame Inc.
We may at our sole discretion change, add, or delete portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions for changes prior to using this site, and in any event your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy and House Rules for this site, incorporated herein by reference) constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
Jurisdiction
No implication is made that the materials published on this website are appropriate for use outside of the United States. If you access this website from outside of the United States, you do so on your own initiative and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. Fish and Fame Inc. controls this website from its offices within the State of California. The terms and conditions of this website shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions.
Information Purpose & Use
Fish and Fame Inc. is the sole owner of information collected on this site. We will not sell or share this information to any outside parties, except as noted in this policy. We collect information from our customers to process orders and to provide additional information, such as, order confirmations, etc. through our merchant processing. Information collected includes your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone numbers, email address, and payment information.
Order
When an order is placed, you will have to provide financial information such as your PayPal account information or debit/credit card number, expiration date, etc. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use some of this information to contact you. To process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with our merchant processor for authorization and approval. This process is protected through Paypal only.
Returns and Exchange
It is your responsibility to check for discrepancies or defects once a order is received. You must notify us by email at [email protected] within 10 business days. Under no circumstances will we accept any returns after 21 business days. All returns must be authorized by Fish and Fame Inc. in advance. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES Fish and Fame Inc. ACCEPT CLAIMS OR RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE WHICH HAS BEEN ALTERED OR MODIFIED IN ANY MANNER OTHER THAN ITS ORIGINAL APPEARANCE. USED MERCHANDISE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All defective merchandise are subject to inspection and must be returned at the customer's expense. If the merchandise is found to be a manufacturer's defect, credit or a refund will be issued for both the shipping and merchandise cost. All returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Customer Initiated Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time if it has not been shipped. Please email [email protected]. If your order has already shipped, you can return your order to us in accordance with our return policy.
Fish and Fame Inc. Initiated Order Cancellation
Although it is rare for Fish and Fame Inc. to cancel an order, we reserve this right. We also reserve the right to not accept any subsequent orders from a customer where Billing / Payment / Shipping Information Orders cannot be processed due to an error in information that you have provided. This may include, but is not limited to:
Incorrect Credit/Debit Card number, expiration date or card security value.
Incorrect Billing information (billing information you provide is different from information your financial institution has on record).
Insufficient/Incorrect shipping address (street address, city, state, zip or postal code).
Fraudulent information.
Fish and Fame Inc. may cancel an order if fraudulent activity is suspected. Furthermore, we may refuse to process subsequent orders from customers with a previous record of placing a fraudulent order.
